Jasmine works with Chris Painter to determine the policy teams’ goals and track progress. Jasmine also works on external engagement and fundraising for METR. Prior to joining the METR team Jasmine was Chief of Staff at FutureHouse where she launched and ran their inaugural postdoctoral fellowship program. Jasmine was also Chief of Staff at Open Philanthropy and an ELBI Fellow at Johns Hopkins. Earlier in her career Jasmine worked as a British Diplomat working on CBRN defence and nuclear planning, with postings abroad to multilateral organizations such as NATO and the OSCE.
