Alexander Golubski

Before joining METR, Alex was a Horizon AI Policy Fellow in Washington, DC, where he researched semiconductor export controls, AI’s impact on cybersecurity, and Chinese AI policy. Earlier, he spent five years building and securing cloud infrastructure in the tech sector. He holds a B.A. in Chinese Area Studies and studied Mandarin at Chongqing University.
